I founded Rewire after twelve years working at the intersection of business and technology, advising organisations as a consultant at McKinsey and Deloitte. Across dozens of companies and industries, I kept seeing the same thing: capable teams held back by manual, repetitive work — and how much changed when technology was applied with genuine purpose, rather than for its own sake.
Done well, AI automation was different from anything I'd seen. Pointed at the right problem, it didn't just cut costs — it gave people their time back and let good businesses do their best work. But I also watched it done badly, far too often: sold as a buzzword, bolted on without a reason, delivering slideware instead of results.
I built Rewire to be the opposite of that — a firm that starts with the outcome, not the technology, and says no to anything that doesn't earn its place.
